To Be a NOVA Foster Parent You Must: 

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Attend a 10 week initial training
  • Attend 12 hours of ongoing education yearly
  • Provide housing, transportation, clothing, recreational activities and medical care for foster children in your care
